Registrations will be made online on the website https://kilavuzgenclik.kocaeli.bel.tr/. Registrations for the championship will be made by filling out the online form file in the link to be published on the site. Once the applications are completed online, they will be sent by the organizing committee.
The number of teams will be determined by drawing lots.
Applications will be limited to 36 teams in each category. On the day of the organization, team representatives will approve the final signed team lists at the meeting. The team manager confirms that the athletes from the teams do not have any health or physical problems.
An online commitment will be received by . The team manager must also obtain a written and signed commitment from the athletes and keep it throughout the organization. Registration procedures can be completed until the application deadline. Forms not submitted on the meeting day must be delivered to the committee at least half an hour before the match the teams will play. Each player is required to present his/her ID to the committee. Due to the forms not submitted, teams cannot participate in the championship even if they register.

BÜYÜKADA RESERVATION INFORMATION
1. The seat numbers selected during reservation are used for capacity determination purposes. Seats are not for sale.
2. During reservation registration, those aged 6 and under are considered as children. Otherwise, records will be considered as adults.
3. Our pier reservation capacities:
IZMIT: 150 PEOPLE
Değirmendere: 75 People
KARAMÜRSEL: 50 people
DARICA: 50 people
4. All individuals who will participate in the expedition will be registered in the system with their Turkish Republic login numbers.
5. Buyukada fare payments can be made for round trips via the kentkart system at the first boarding pier. Contactless payments can be made, especially with debit and credit cards.
6. Return time to Büyükada is 17:15. However, island pier management can set the departure time 30 minutes earlier or later.
7. In case of weather conditions and ferry failure, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality has the authority to cancel the voyage.

This system, which is quite different from high school style debate competitions; It enables students to develop their intellectual knowledge and self-expression skills faster. The first of these differences is that in Parliamentary Debate Matches, the topics are 15 minutes away from the match.
It is given minutes ago. For this reason, students who will compete in the tournament need to read regularly, attend training and improve their knowledge.
In addition, which side of the issue the students will defend (thesis-antithesis) is also determined by the tournament system. This helps students increase their ability to think both ways about the topics to be given.
