Kocaeli, the hidden paradise of green and blue, offering all the beauties of nature and a happy calm city life together. The current situation analysis, master plan, and visual identity studies of this beautiful city were carried out in a participatory manner, with the participation of all city stakeholders, under the leadership of the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality.
Studies were carried out under the direction of the Sura City Policies and Research Center, which included Kocaeli Governorship, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Industry, Kocaeli University, Gebze Technical University, East Marmara Development Agency, and City Council.
