Transportation to Kocaeli has gained a new alternative with high-speed train services from Istanbul to Ankara and Konya. It is possible to reach Kocaeli in a short time, especially from Istanbul and Ankara, by using the high-speed train stations in the districts of Gebze and Izmit. You can reach Kocaeli's Gebze, Diliskelesi, Hereke, Yarımca, Derince, Izmit, and Büyükderbent stations via the railway with the Ada Express services between Istanbul and Sakarya.
