Kocaeli Local Culture Museum; It keeps alive and promotes the rich culture of Manav Turks living in Kocaeli. The museum, which contributes to the resurfacing of forgotten local values ​​and their transfer from generation to generation, is located on the upper floor of Portakal Hafız Mansion. Local Culture Museum, a new generation museum, exhibits the culture created by the greengrocer culture in Kocaeli both in digital environment and with tangible cultural heritage.
