Sekapark, which is among the largest parks in the world, was built by transforming the old Seka Paper Factory into a park. Sekapark has an area of approximately 580 acres. Inside the park has a marina pier, a normal pier, a paper museum, a city museum, sitting areas, a buffet by the sea, a beach, rest areas, stairs leading down to the sea, light towers, fishermen restaurants, water playgrounds, water light shows, slipways descending to the sea, piers, sea watchtower, jogging, treadmills, dock lighting, recreational parks, congress halls, sitting areas in wooded areas, underground parking area, a show and visual art workshops, exhibition halls, indoor sports halls, outdoor sports fields, venues for festival construction, many facilities such as swimming pools, ponds, water play centers for children have been established, on the other hand, a sports complex consisting of 2 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, 1 football field, 1 mini golf field, 3 mini basketball courts, skateboarding track, fitness area, children's playgrounds, carousel, bicycle path, grass amphitheater, kite hill, a beach, a parking lot, 6 artificial hills, rose garden, multi-purpose grass areas, walking paths, and wooden seating groups. There are cafes and kiosks, 2 kilometers of walking path and bicycle path, parking lot for 2,000 vehicles.
