Sukay Park facilities, established in the Kartepe district where Sapanca Lake comes closest to the summit of the Samanlı mountain range, are among the spots preferred by amateur and professional athletes for water skiing. The system, implemented for the first time in the world, in which all the poles are in the water, has a line of 817 m and 9 tractor wires. The track, specially designed for amateur athletes, has the longest track in Turkey. The facility, which has an area of 5000 m2, also includes a restaurant, walking track, and observation towers.
