Starting from Karamürsel, passing through the villages of Karaahmetli, Hayriye, Yalakdere, and on the road to Iznik, the Valide Sultan Bridge is one of the important works of the Ottoman period. The bridge, which was built with cut stones in the style of Classical Turkish Architecture in the 17th century, was built by Kösem Sultan.
